Nguyen joined SEACMA in April of 2022 and began providing Direct and Refer services to members of the community. In 2025, she was promoted to Office Manager. Before moving to Massachusetts in 2020, Nguyen worked as an English Teacher for a vocational college in Vietnam. Nguyen is a certified Community Health Worker and loves helping people secure health insurance, employment, and citizenship.
