Vanessa began her career in human services in 2012, taking on various roles from Drug Court case manager and parole reentry navigator to eligibility specialist for a state-funded care-integration initiative. She has a passion for art and storytelling and is particularly proud of the success of her pen and ink drawings, sewing and embroidery projects, and 4-consecutive holiday decoration contest victories. Vanessa joined SEACMA in 2024 as a project manager specializing in media and communications and is honored to amplify the voices and accomplishments of the staff, volunteers, and persons supported at SEACMA.
